Aug. 1st Mission - French Toast

It's a beautiful Saturday in the NYC area! Here's a french toast recipe for your weekend. Now off to the pool...
5 pcs. of sliced bread
2 eggs
1/3 cup of milk
a little butter for the pan
a little cinnamon powder
a little regular sugar
maple syrup for topping
Heat a medium sized pan with a little butter, over medium heat. Beat eggs in a container big enough to fit a piece of bread for coating, add milk, some cinnamon and sugar. Dip a silce of bread in the eggs, once on each side. You don't want to soak the bread, just enough to cover the outside. Place in heated pan with butter evenly melted. Cook each side about 4-5 minutes, or until golden brown, over medium heat. Repeat for each slice, top with maple syrup.
